The company is engaged in the ownership and operation of a luxury golf course in Spain. It was incorporated in November 1993 and has its head office located in Arona. The company's 18 hole par 72 course has an overall length of 6.051 meters (6.617 yards) with lakes and rivers meandering throughout the course. It has hosted several international tournaments. It also features a golf shop, TV lounge, changing rooms, driving range, chipping green, putting green, buggy bar, and rental clubs and club storage facilities.
