The company is engaged in general construction of buildings and civil engineering works. The registered head office of the company is located in Adeje, Spain. The company was created in 1990 as the personal project of its founder and owner, based on the strong experience he had gained as project manager in the construction industry since 1970, and it has come to be a company with a great managerial capacity, technical solvency and a solid standing on the island of Tenerife. The company's interests cover a wide range of activities related to the construction world. From small family homes to large residential complexes, luxurious detached and semi-detached chalets, apartments, warehouses, shopping centres and hotel complexes, contributing its experience and know-how in all types of constructions. The company not only carries out its own construction work and property developments, but has also worked in conjunction with the Local Authorities in the construction of government-subsidized housing, cultural centres and public squares, as well as in conjunction with private property developers. The company carries the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems seals.
